Overview
A new utility that writes Windows PowerShell scripts that harness the power of WMI (Windows Instrumentation Management) for use in system management and administration. This tool was created by Microsoft consultant and author Ed Wilson.

XML Notepad 2007 provides a simple intuitive user interface for browsing and editing XML documents.

- Tree View synchronized with Node Text View for quick editing of node names and values.
- Incremental search (Ctrl+I) in both tree and text views, so as you type it navigates to matching nodes.
- Cut/copy/paste with full namespace support.
- Drag/drop support for easy manipulation of the tree, even across different instances of XML Notepad and from the file system.
- Infinite undo/redo for all edit operations.
- In place popup multi-line editing of large text node values.

SoftGrid Client Setup Kit Released

Login has released another free SoftGrid tool, this one is for configuring the SoftGrid client install. At first mention this may not sound too exciting but they have added some dynamic programming into the client install that outputs a VBScript that you can make part of your BDD deployment solution to run and configure the SoftGrid client dynamically.

- All the standard installation options
- Dynamic Determination of SoftGrid Client Cache Size
- SoftGrid Client Security Settings
- Disconnect Operation Settings
